Refund policy

Shipping Issues

  • If the outer carton is seriously damaged before acceptance, the customer may refuse delivery on site
  • If shipping damage, missing items, wrong items, damaged items, or obvious appearance issues are found after delivery, please report them within 48 hours

DOA

  • The DOA window is 14 calendar days from delivery
  • A case may be treated as DOA if a major quality issue is found within the DOA window and remote diagnosis confirms it was not caused by shipping conditions, environment, installation conditions, or customer operation

Return and Exchange

  • All return, exchange, refund, return-for-repair, or mail-in service requests must be approved in advance through Morpho's official ticket system
  • Return the product only after receiving Morpho's confirmation and return instructions
  • Please use the original packaging whenever possible, and include the relevant accessories and supporting materials
  • If Morpho confirms that the device or related parts must be returned, the customer should ship them within 7 calendar days and share the tracking information

Fees

  • Uninked devices in complete condition may be eligible for return or exchange under the applicable order terms
  • Once the device has been inked, non-quality returns are generally not accepted
  • If a return is exceptionally approved after ink filling, packaging, shipping, and a reasonable depreciation charge may apply
  • For approved returns or exchanges caused by verified product quality issues, Morpho will bear the related shipping and service fees

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed after the returned item is received, inspected, and approved
  • Refunds are generally sent back through the original payment method
  • Actual timing may depend on the payment provider, bank, platform, or local clearing rules
